Thank you very much for the invite and I would dearly love to take you up on it. However, as I live in England, I'm unlikely to have the opportunity I'm afraid.
Although I have done a couple of track days where the speeds can get pretty high, my question was less about the reality of high speeds and more about the "suitability" of the tyres for a Cobra as viewed by an insurance company in the unfortunate event of having to make a claim.
