Cobra Make, Engine: jcf slabside,302 ford

5.0 to c-4

I am putting a 89 5.0 ho in my wife's 40 Ford, the old 302 is shot. It looks like I need a tci 529620 flex plate, can,t seem to get any good info. Has anyone used this part, if so how did it work? The 5.0 is a 50 oz and the c-4 is a 164 tooth now. Anything else I should take into account ?
