Info on Garton motor, Calif. and Weatherly Classics

I am searching for old info back to 1981-1984.

I have an Aurora Cobra from 1981.

I am trying to get the story-line right. But I am stock with the sale from Garton Motor Co. in California to Weatherly Classics in California in 1984.

Could this car be a promotion / showroom car ?

Can you help with a contact to a person who may have an invoice or something ?

I sincerely hope you can help me.
