Smile Allen Grant / Unique raffle car

I saw this car at Unique a few weeks ago. BEAUTIFUL

A work of art in metal and fiberglass.

And Cystic Fibrous is a great cause. Please buy at lease one ticket.

Those are good pictures and the video is great. It looks as if they have it just about perfect in duplicating Grant's Cobra. Thanks for posting them..

I plan to add more pictures to the album as we take the car to the different car shows. I may update the video as well.

I was just wondering...is the original still around? Does it still look the same?

the Original is CSX 2128 and is in the museum in Boulder and is black with yellow stripes (different) since 1964.
Shelby American Museum

The raffle car is different in many cases, in details anyway.

When Shelby hired Allen Grant as a factory driver, Shelby also bought the car back and it was re-painted to Shelby team colors.

What details are different? (other than the frame & suspension)

Ooh, either of those paint schemes look great. I think I like the yellow/black better though.

I've never seen quick jacks like the pic of the original. Looks like a normal set of quick jacks but without the 90° bend (ie just a flat piece of metal).

Well, I didn't win the 647mil megamillions jackpot. Maybe I'll get lucky with the raffle car.
