you guys hit it out of the park on that one!!!!!!!!

This graphic looks awsome. I like it a lot! I just want to say because we ARE brainstorming ideas here...The graphic with the 3 cars and stuff, as a pocket patch is going to be pretty small compared to the large scale tire tread. It looks good enough to be the main feature on the back of the shirt. I think with the color it will be nicer looking than the tire tread with lettering on the back. Subsequently getting away from the original design. Would you be willing to just embelish the car graphic with some tire tread, scaled down, maybe to frame around it, and add the championships too. Put the whole enchilada in one picture graphic without the front pocket patch being so complex.

T-Shirts

I'm always looking for good t-shirts with Cobra themes.

keep me posted and I will let all the guys know. We have about 35 guys in North Ala group and we communicate with the Chattanooga Cobra Club everyday and they have over 40 members.

Shown on a grey t shirt

With large prints front and back, this is how it would look on a grey shirt.

I have more t shirts than I could possibly wear out in 20 years, but I'll buy a couple of these - looks great.

Great graphic! If you use the usual COBRA fonts it will get difficult for the legal status?

Cheers

Migge, it's a difficult call, but I decided to play it safe and not replicate logos too exactingly or display them too prominently, especially in the case of Cobra logos, Goodyear, Smiths and the decals on the cars.

Greg - everything's ready to roll.

How do we get these?

Dwight 04-02-2012 09:27 PM

I'm not a designer but have you tried to place the racing locations in a different colour than the tire colour? Or to place them beside the tire impression? Just an idea.

Do you ship to Germany too?

Buzz 04-03-2012 07:00 AM

The lettering on the back is actually "dropped out" from the background tire tread with a slight outline, meaning it picks up the color of the shirt and keeps the back to a simpler (less expensive?) one screen/color black print. The lighter the shirt, the higher the contrast.

It can be done in white (or any color) with an additional screen, or the lettering can be placed adjacent to the tread, depending on what the decision makers decide.:)

Absolutely Top Notch, Buzz! That's one of the best looking t-shirts I have ever seen.

What do you guys think about the tire stripe on the front, and the Cobras on the rear? Don't change a thing, just print it as is with the shirt reversed?

Since you're asking for opinions, I prefer the Cobra graphic on the front - as is.

Greg,
Here is a price quote for the shirts as Buzz has shown.
The front print is simulated process and the back looks to be just a 1

shirt? If you do, assume the image you sent is of a size small.

Front
Full color simulated process
Set up = $450.00 (Includes extra art time needed for separation)
Imprint:
50-249 = $2.25ea

Back - Assuming same size imprint on all shirts
1 color
Set up = $25.00
Oversized Imprint:
50-249 = $1.60ea

Production time = 10-12 working days

We can get the PC-61 in ash grey for $2.65ea.
