Your work is amazing. Please keep adding to this thread as you go.

One question - the original bodies were wrapped around tubing and pop-riveted to attach them to the frame. The CSX4000 'glas frames lack the tubes to attach the body. How do you plan to attach the body to the frame?

Default Beginning the Welding

Early last week, saw the completion of 90% of Wheeling Operations. Since then I've welded the lower portion of nose cone including oil cooler enclosure, stepped in the gutters on upper portion of nose clip and welded those pieces together to form a shroud. Today I began welding the outer portion of right front fender and rocker panel. Sometime next week I should have entire front clip welded together and planished.

Default 4000 Series Rebody

All the tubes that make up the super structure will be bent up and welded in place prior to the mounting of the body. I'll make sure that I detail this process in my postings. Stay tuned.
