Ernie should have only sold the car and not the name. That way he could have kept the original Excaliburs numbers for his new D.V. built, non Hawaii legal, Replica, clone of an original clone of a Cobra. Boy, that was hard to keep track of, but wasn't that what Rolls Royce did to Volkswagen. Sold them the company and then told them they never sold them the Rolls Name and they couldn't buid them.
