A new holding company, AC Cars(EU) Ltd has been registered in Cyprus by Alan Lubinsky.

Alan Lubinsky together with Jimmy Price (Hi Tech, South Africa), Jurgen Mohr (AC Automotive, Germany) and Steve Gray (AC Heritage, Brooklands, England) are the directors of this holding company and will work together to build and sell ACs, whilst maintaining their own separate companies. So what we have here are three separate companies producing different AC models - AC Heritage, traditional aluminium Cobras, Hi Tech, composite Mk11 and 378GT and AC Automotive, composite MkVI, with the holding company chaired by General Sir Jeramy Mackenzie coordinating the operation.

According to the Editor of the AC Owners' Club magazine, the MkVI is built to Audi and Mercedes standards and will go on sale in the UK this Summer with the 378 GT following in the Autumn, once an interior upgrade has been completed.
