Calbullet 04-28-2012 07:43 PM

I heard it said "drive it like you stole it!" but wow

twobjshelbys 04-28-2012 07:49 PM

Wow, it looks like someone had a bad day. Sure hope everything worked out.

Silverback51 04-28-2012 08:00 PM

Damn.

Can't wait to hear the story tomorrow.

Got the Bug 04-28-2012 08:03 PM

Crazy! Can only imagine that the car was stolen or it was an extreme case of road rage.

Legless 04-28-2012 08:14 PM

Hmmm lights, camera...........?

Ozzir 04-28-2012 08:16 PM

Im guessing a movie set???. The holes on the body dont look real.

rustyBob 04-28-2012 08:48 PM

I'm with Legless and Ozzir on this one...

The angle of penetration (can I say that here?) of the bullet holes always look perpendictular to the panels and glass.

I'm thinking police would shoot out the tires first, before they used deadly force, and the Cobra isn't 100 yards out into the weeds as it looks like it would have been.

But, there is a story behind this. I'm all ears---er, ah---eyes.

DD

I'm guessing fake also. The holes on the hood don't look right. Someone would have to shoot up the car from straight above.

I hope I'm right and you weren't really involved in a shooting.

Ron61 04-29-2012 03:38 AM

This should be an interesting story. I am not going to make any guesses but will wait for you to post what it was about. But I do hope that is isn't for real.

Ron :)

I hope it makes the final cut in the movie or TV show edit. I hope he tells us what show to look for it in.

blykins 04-29-2012 05:03 AM

Not sure what to think....surely a movie producer would have enough sense to know that bullets hitting the side of the car would not make a perfect hole going down into the hood.....????? I think DD mentioned that....the holes are always perpendicular to the surface, which would be unrealistic...

G-Pete 04-29-2012 12:33 PM

Yeah, looks like a prep for a clip...

...probably a mean Prius driver would not let the Cobra pass.

Ssssssssssssssss vs. RoooooooAAArrrrr bang bang bang bang bang and bang The shots into the body were through the windows, the shots at the windshield through the pillar - explains the non penetration

then a stunning escape with 83.4 mph sssssssss-(shifts)-ssssssssssssssss---sssssssssssss - ssssssssssssss - sssssssssssssmmmmmmhhhhhhh

:LOL::LOL::LOL:**):LOL::LOL:

I've heard that So Cal is getting tough, but that is ridiculous...and it's against the law to carry a loaded weapon in a vehicle over there? I think I'll stay in Arizona. THere are no dents in the aluminum like there should be from bullets although the base of the impacts on the glass do show slight penetration. Maybe 22 caliber. Although everything else looks at least .38 and probably larger. Interesting story.

Man them Chevy drivers seem to get mighterly P155ed when you pass 'em in California !
