Yup. I'll admit it.

Rod, I think you bought your car as more of an object of art to look at in the garage. Hey, nothing wrong with that if that is what it is about for you. All I care about is driving my car. That is what it is about for me.
Up to 16,000 miles now and just love driving it. I feel like I am driving for free, because I have had so much fun with it already and have already gotten way more than money's worth

We all get pleasure in the many things we do each day of our lives. I'm very happy that you enjoy driving your Cobra. I enjoy driving my Cobra when time allows and I enjoy going out to the garage and admiring it as well. I also enjoy the other things I do each and every day. As they say, life is beautiful.
If the OP cannot see the difference between the various manufacturers, then buying one that looks good, for the right amount of money and has very good customer service may be all that matters to him/her.

Might as well slam me for not having a SOHC motor too.

In fairness to the OP, it does take a while to figure out differences in these cars. I think he has only seen 2.
I figured out what car I wanted by driving them.

If I had a paimted aluminum car it would have been getting fixed more than I could deal with.
what would a Road Gastor do to aluminum? Furry beasts at high speed?
Your cars are safe in the garage where they sit, however LOL

What would it do to fiberglass? Also, remember that the newer aluminum bodies are made from a thicker gauge of aluminum.

Unless it's steamed fish and vegetables, there's ZERO on a Chinese menu that is healthy.
You need to do some research on "lean protein" and "simple vs complex carbs."
While you're at it, go work on your "core."

I asked the old Chinese woman behind the counter if it was healthy and she nodded and said "Shi!" That's good enough for me.

As you know "shi" can mean alot of things in different dialects. It also means "lady" or "Mrs."
She may have been insulting your manhood.
JB, the unpainted look is played out? Well, I love mine. I wouldn't have it any other way.
You must realize I drive my car more than I let on here.
While we have our "furry beasts" here in CA, they are fewer and farther between where I live. At least during the daytime.

Rod with all due respect I have hit Furry Beasts at high speeds. I have been hit by a Road Gator at 80 mph. NO DAMAGE AT ALL. Your garage queen would be royally messed up.
compound that repair with painting and repainting over and over, as the unpainted look is totally Played Out. The operating cost to actually drive a car would be beyond rediculous.
Keep yours in the garage. It is safe there LOL
I am glad I didnt buy the original car I almost bought at the height of the market.
With the money I would have lost on it I am driving for free with cash in my pocket.

With that logic, my refrigerator must be a nailhead. When the ice reservoir gets full and you try to get ice from the door dispenser, the first couple of cubes shoot out the front and nail you in the head.
