Default Time for Trailer

Hi Folks,

Time may be coming to buy a trailer for my cobra, for track events and such.
I'd like some kind of enclosed trailer.
Those serpent express ones seem light weight an ok, but is that vinyl covering tough enough?

ideally i was thinking a 8 foot x 20 foot enclosed trailer. I have a 66 mustang and a 67 Pontiac GTO i am working on restoring. The GTO is a large car, about 18.5 feet long. Ideally i would get a trailer that could fit it as well?

anyone know anyone who may have such a trailer for sale? ideally somewhat not too far away from upstate new york

thanks

In answer to your question about an SE, yes the vinyl is tough enough. Recently pulled a 17' 1/2" Featherlite with an SE cover for 2600+ miles with no problems.

What ever trailer you decide on be sure you have the correct tow vehicle for the weight.

I have a SE and I can attest that the material is up to the job. It's the material semis use (the trucks that have 'curtains' along the sides).
After I pick up my Cobra from Sacramento, the top might come off. I don't plan on trailering any farther than a hundred or so miles to any 'local' track. Plus I'm not preserving any shiney finish.
And, it looks better than a closed trailer.

Oh, and Featherlite makes a really nice trailer. Great brakes, too.
