Default Trivia questions: Autolite Sta-ful battery caps

Hi all. Just some trivia questions about mid 60's Autolite Sta-ful Group 24 batteries and the most "correct" battery caps.

I've bought an old dead New Castle Autolite Sta-ful acid battery that I've cleaned out, gutted, cut up and detailed so I can mount an Optima 75/25 battery inside it an install it in the right rear wheel well of my trunk and use the Autolite case over the Optima battery to disguise it (pics to come- going to get the Optima battery today).

Anyways, I'm attaching a couple of pics of the battery caps:

From the left:
- The first Red cap is a NOS from New Castle in 2002 which is a two piece and the clear threaded portion is removable (not glued).

- The second Red cap is off the old New Castle Battery and is a one piece cap and clearly a different shape and configuration from the first.

- The third Red cap is "supposedly" off another old Autolite battry and is also a twp piece design but the clear threaded potion is i the cap quite tightly (glued?).

- The fourth dark Red (looks black in pics) cap is cut off one of those plastic Autolite battery covers and is a poor representation at best. (I've ordered another "better" cover from NPD that has the push in caps seperate from the cover and might look better.)

So, which caps would be more "correct"?

Have fun at it.

Cheers
Greg
