Bought a already built shelby cobra *need some help*

I'm having problems identifying who made the kit. The only clue I have is a gold metal plate in front of the driver windshield but under the hood. It says the following:

1z37j4s406149
Cobra body
4849122756t1

Does anyone have any clues as I got in a minor wreck and am trying to figure out the maker of the body so I can contact them with repair questions.
