Default Parade Laps at Monterey 2012....Were you there? If so, see your picture on the track

Well, I tried to get at least one picture of every car that was doing the parade laps. I tried to frame the cars with Shelby overlooking you driving. Enjoy!

The full set of pics are here: Monterey 2012 - Club Cobra Photo Gallery I think I got everyone!

Here's a special shot of Jamo offering up a bear hug to anyone willing...

Here's a few random shots to give you a taste.

Nice pics Brent. I was hoping to see you and say hi but no luck. I did see your car however and it looks fabulous.

You know Brent, with a motor drive you could have gotten the shot a millisecond later when he plowed the tire wall...

Brent,
I was thinking about you as we drove by, knowing you were out there to the left somewhere with camera and stand. You had the best view of all for sure.

Thanks a million for snapping off all of these great shots. You captured a memory for everyone that can be appreciated forever. Big hug, thanks man!

Jamo, that was an impressive stunt!

Duane, it was fun to be out there and getting in a good spot to take the pics for everyone. It was great to see you and the everyone else by the way. Thanks for hooking Sherrie and I up with the Seascape Resort. It was worth the dough and we had a lot of fun.

For anyone wanting higher res stuff if they want to blow things up, just let me know....I'll be happy to provide free of charge.

Oh heck yes...send me the high res ones!

Luckily there were children in the crowd around you...no telling what I would've done.

Brent and Tom Kirkham and their wives joined Cheerleader and me in the corral at the end of the day. I wished I had grabbed a pic of Brent's little shopping cart full of lenses and camera bodies that poor Sherri was forced to pull over miles of chapperal around the track. She deserved the Seascape!

Rod, thanks for the pic. I uploaded the one you called out and a couple of others that I found for you. I unfortunately didn't get a shot with Shelby in the background...at least not a great shot of your car. There is one, and I included it for you, but not perfect....sorry about that. Look in the same folder that I posted for Jamo.

Default Now this was more fun than a 6mph parade lap

Brent,
I only had a lousy camera phone at the time, and no this is not quite a parade lap, but it sure was a lot of fun running together with you up California Highway 1 !

Hey Brent,

Yes, we got some good video & pics just need to put it together... sneaking out of the Italiano, fun on Hwy 1 and Seascape car alarms, good stuff.

Working thru the weekend but I'll try to pull it together.

Great seeing you again and catching up. Your car is Fantastic!

Good times, John
