Chrome or black roll bar?

I like your choices … your 427 ERA is going to look nice.

Overall the car will be dark, inside and out, so a bit of contrast here and there would be good.

For a 427, a chrome roll bar would be my suggestion and with that old school non metallic dark blue paint, some white side pipes would really pop and give a nice vintage look.

That being said, any of the above suggestions will look good too, you really can't make a bad choice here. And, if you want a change down the road, pipes and bars are all bolt on bits that are easily modified.
