Jag Rear End ?
Many of todays AC replicas, and as I remember. Some of the originals also used the Jag/Salsbury IRS, except with outboard break set ups. In talking with and old friend & CSX 3000 series owner. He mentioned that a friend had told him that the Dana-44 rear end gear would fit into a (3.8)/(4.2) Jag/Salbury IRS. Has anyone else had any experience or know of anyone who has used a standard Dana-44 ring gear set in a Jag IRS set up ? I had not heard of this before?  Any info postive or negative would be helpful! Thanks!  |
