Default Special Offer from SAAC - Cobra Registry

SAAC - Cobra Registry

You are all familiar with the ultimate reference book on all things relating to the original Cobra: The World Registry of Cobra and GT40s, published by the Shelby American Automobile Club.

The current version is the 4th Edition, printed in 2008 and it is available for purchase from SAAC for $245.

Here is a special opportunity...

In the course of printing and shipping thousands of copies, SAAC has accumulated a quantity of blemished or slightly damaged copies.
These copies may have a torn dust jacket, a loose page, a dented hardcover corner, unwrapped returns, etc.

They are complete and intact and, in most cases, are no worse than a used book.

To make room in the warehouse, SAAC is offering these "blems" at a reduced price of $99, plus shipping.

If you have never seen this awesome book, it is 1618 pages long, with 2848 photos.
It has the known history of EVERY Cobra ever made, with details presented by serial number.

In addition, there are hundreds of pages of stories, details and specifications about the original Cobra.
As a bonus, this volume contains the same detailed information about all the authenticated GT40s.

This is a book you definitely will keep for reference by your computer.

The supply of "blem" copies is limited. We will ship them off the shelf first-come, first-served.
You cannot specify what kind of damage, but SAAC will guarantee 100% that the book is completely readable and usable, with no missing pages.

You can order thru the SAAC Membership Office

Checks payable to: SAAC. Mail checks, money orders, credit information to:
SAAC Membership Office
PO Box 910193
Lexington, KY 40591

Fax 859.256.0140

For credit card orders: Include the following, if you fax or e-mail

Name as it appears on Credit card:
Credit card number:
Exp Date:
Security code:
Billing address for credit card:
Your Shipping address.

membership@saac.com

The price again is $99 per copy, plus $12 each for US shipping.

Canada Shipping is $33 and International orders are $51.50
It is one heavy book.

The Office takes checks, credit cards and PayPal.

Don't miss this great opportunity to own the ultimate reference on Cobras for an unbeatable price.

That is such a great deal, even W.W. will have no excuse on not having a Registry for reference!

That is a great deal. I got one of the first ones out with the Leather Bound Cover and I haven't regretted paying what I did for it at all. The information if as good as it can be and you can certainly learn a lot from reading it. There was a huge improvement over the 1997 version I believe it was that I have.

That is a great deal for a wonderful resource. The first time you start flipping from one CSX # to another it will be a blem anyway. You can still be the first one to put a greasy fingerprint on it. Mine has got a bunch of scribbling in it from vandals and graffiti guys that has blemished it all up ;-) Thanks for the heads up for these guys.

Did not mean to cause controversy, perhaps I should have been more specific, and maybe I asked a stupid question (not unknown for me to do). I don't know anything about a 68-70 Registry, I was referring to the SAAC Shelby Registry 1965-1966-1967 Shelby Mustangs 4th Edition 2011. They are listed on the SAAC website,Tony Branda has them and sometimes Fran Kress has them. Maybe they don't get damaged like the Cobra-GT40 registries, but if there were a few, I might have been interested.

Understand, Steve. That is a much newer publication and we haven't accumulated as many "seconds" to warrant a clean-out.

Ron, it is my sincere hope that this discounted price for the registry will have no adverse effect on the 6-figure salaries of your registrars. Please confirm. Thank you.

Rest easy. The stack is almost depleted.

We actually needed the extra cash to fund the Annual Registrar's Meeting in Aruba.
