There are several places that will build a tank to your dimensions. I use marine grade aluminum or stainless to avoid the problems you've had. Let me know if I can help.

I was gonna suggest a fuel cell even if it is small but mickmate must know what he is doing.

What about something like this ?
Fuel Cells - Street Usage - 25.500 in. Length (in) - 9.500 in. Height (in) - SummitRacing.com
I wouldn't use a cell with a bladder or foam, the ethanol fuels eat them and their gaskets causing leaks. It's good for me as I get to make lots of replacement tanks.

Pablo,
Checked with Double Venom on the compatability of the Classic Roadster II fuel tank and the Excalibur. Here was his reply:

"They are the same. but if he is using a fuel injected motor he simply has to plump it a little different for the return line. Simple really. Bad news, no new tanks available. But check the [Classic Roadster II] forum [on this site], a few guys had custom tanks made for racing and did not use the OEM tank."

Hope this helps. Just post a request there and you'll probably get a response.

Mike
