The 6000 car hammered for $106000. Subtract the 8% seller fee and you netted barely enough to cover the roller. So I'll ask again, why would you take a continuation car to auction?
I'd say that someone had put a big dollar no refund deposit on this car and dropped out.

The announcer said that it was aluminum but the written description did not say that. I think it was fiberglass and the announcer was in error.
There's a $60,000 difference in pricing so it would make all the difference.
