No, that's the first concept called the Mustang II.

Here's the comment below the picture:
Before the name Mustang was applied to Ford's new pony car model, it went onto this 1963 mid-engine concept car. Ford engineers who developed the famed GT40 Le Mans race car also created this concept car and hoped that it would carry the Mustang moniker into production.
