They look like Jongbloeds. Take a look at my photos. They look the same, not sure. If they are Jonjbloed wheels, they may have discontinued these. Good luck.

Thanks guys, I took the rear wheels off today and found the centerline stamp on the backside. I am still not sure who made them any help is greatly appreciated.
