2609 with me in it, with 5/8th of a tank of gas. So 2434 without me. It's a backdraft racing with a small block. Still needs to get the corner weights right.

Nice paint job on that K&N top Pat! I may have to do same on mine.  The 2,600 or so on my ERA was with out me in it & a 1/2 tank of fuel. Over 2,800 with me in it.  Oh the Shame! But I do love a good Rocky road ice cream after a spirted romp.  At least my balance is 50.7% front & 50.3% rear. Left/right is 50/50

What if, in theory only, you replace the big v8, with a worked, turbocharged rotary engine. Would it outhandle or perform any better?
