2609 with me in it, with 5/8th of a tank of gas. So 2434 without me. It's a backdraft racing with a small block. Still needs to get the corner weights right.

3250 with my 150 lb body in it and 6 gal of gas.......

2320 lbs. w/ 1/2 tank of gas, without me, Factory Five complete kit, stock EFI 5.0 engine ,T5 trans, double roll bars, sidepipe shields, 245/315 Nitto 555 tires.

Nice paint job on that K&N top Pat! I may have to do same on mine. The 2,600 or so on my ERA was with out me in it & a 1/2 tank of fuel. Over 2,800 with me in it. Oh the Shame! But I do love a good Rocky road ice cream after a spirted romp. At least my balance is 50.7% front & 50.3% rear. Left/right is 50/50

What if, in theory only, you replace the big v8, with a worked, turbocharged rotary engine. Would it outhandle or perform any better?

it may very well.....but i don't think i could set off all the car alarms on my street as i rumble by..
