Here's what it says in Part D: "Road damage to tires unless caused by "other than collision" covered by this policy." So doesn't cover blow-outs, not that I was thinking it would, but does show that their people don't really know what they are talking about.

By the way, nowhere in this policy do I see anything about meeting DOT safety standards or anything like that. Seems pretty clear that you are covered.
