Great look Bob, especially if the car is Red or Black and maybe even white.

Here is a side by side picture of the old and new wheels
The new tires look bigger because they were at 38 psi and the old tires didn't have any tread left
I have never cleaned the old wheels (4 years)
If I took some dirt and grease/ oil/brake dust and put that on the new wheels, they would like identical.

Hey George.........those would look good on a 289 Comp Cobra also!
1964 Shelby 289 Cobra Competition Roadster | Gooding & Company
Guys are right on the safety wire being the wrong way on the drivers side. Spinner always hits down towards the front of the car on both sides to loosen. You mention 38 PSI in the tires? I run 26 in my fronts and 23 in my rears.....

The tires had 38 psi when I got them
I always set the tires at 22psi
I'll have to redo the saftey wire or there may be 2 wheels passing the car the next time that I drive it! Lol
