Hot Days Cockpit Cooling
Just wondering if anyone has done anything to their Cobra (besides A/C) to try to make the cockpit a bit cooler during hot summer days. I imagine some sort of fan set up would work. Would love to see some pics!

Foot box duct work helps your feet cooler.
A bikini top helps keeps the sun off.
Extra heat shields/insulation in the cockpit.
HIH,
Pat

High temp 3 inch ducting, marine bilge fans ( BEST PRICE WALMART web site ) Front cold air duct from aircraft supplier web site, Stainless hose clamps, two position switch with inline fuse, 3 inch hole saw, #14 wire, cartridge of auto seam adhesive, duct union/connectors from Lowes ( for 3 inch drain piping $1.50 ea.. )..........I can give you a complete parts list with costs. Two part question> Which switch are you using and are you driving both fans with it?

While not aesthetically gorgeous, the bikini top is in fact a functional option I am open to, however, how was this one on the picture attached to the windshield frame? I can have one done and rested against my rear wide roll bar. Please send out any info, would be appreciated.
Cheers
Lou

one of those cushion deals that go between the seat and your ass, lets your back and ass breath without offending everyone.
