Need Help Identifying a Cobra Relica Manufacturer

I'm in the market for a used Cobra replica and have found a few for sale, but it is sometimes difficult to identify the kit manufacturer if the car has changed hands a few times (and the owner does not know). I'm posting a picture of a x-shaped frame brace that is just behind the radiator. I get the impression that this might be a unique feature of this car. Here it is:



Does this ring a bell for anyone here?

May help to post photos of the body. What does the wheelbase measure?

Correct, it is a Factory Five, also looks like a PA (or CT) issued VIN tag (VIN will start with "SW"), on the front cross member.

Take some pictures of the trunk opening, door hinges, body, and let us know what rear suspension is on the car.
