I said earlier, get whatever you like. If you're tracking the car, that may affect your decision. But I don't think a poll here will help you on the track.
Mine is set up mostly for track so I went with a full width bar and high back seats. Also did a tilt front so access to the engine compartment and front suspension is much better.
It's my car and I built it the way I wanted it. Sure, some people don't like it but I'm fine with that. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Thanks! They are the Kirkey pro drag seats. Exactly like their vintage buckets but with a high back.

Do you really care what car I would buy - the only question to ask is would YOU buy a car with two roll bars????

Hmm, it might be tough to fit you into the poll but please tell us you removed the driver roll bar. You know, to prove you love your wife more than yourself.;)

Hey! You stole my line.
BTW, now that Valentine's Day is nearing, just days away, what do you say if all of us that own Cobras with only one rollbar, get our wives and significant others a 2nd roll bar to show how much we love them dearly. You know, instead chocolates, jewelry or a gym membership.

I got the rollbar, she's got the airbags.
You know, I think I'll get my wife a rollbar. It'll sit in the garage, but a rollbar nonetheless.

The poll is moot....Buddy bought a single hoop SPF.
Meanwhile I still have "twofer" available, sadly not in beige with plumbing foam on the bars, but a nice car none the less.

The poll will live on in perpetuity. But I thought for sure we would be a roughly 50/50 "roll bar nation", but the "1-roll bar" party seems to be pulling away at the moment 57-43, which in politcal terms is a landslide.
So the logical inference is that roughly 57% of Cobra owners don't love their wives and significant others, which is truly a sad commentary on our humanity.

Until I see an original CSX3000 series car with two, I would never have two.
If an instructor won't ride along without a rollbar, that's ok. I probably have more track/racing experience than he does anyway. (I used to be an instructor)
If my wife won't ride without a rollbar, I guess I'll have to put one in her Jaguar too.

What a load of BS. I love my wife, but when she's in the car, I don't drive fast. Do you have a rollbar in all your cars? You know that flimsy sheet metal roof on your wife's car will cave in like cardboard if she ever gets upside down. Love has nothing to do with it.

Valid point.
Therefor all solid axle "Cobras" are now invalid. Also, wood dashboards, bolt-on wheels, Mustang II front ends, 351s, non-original colors (beige) Autometer gauges and so forth....................if it didn't happen then, it is not allowed now!

Read what I wrote again. I said, "I would never have two."
My preference!!!!!
Not that it wouldn't be allowed! sheesh, you double roll bar guys are sensitive.

Hmmm...for Valentine's Day I could get her a hard metal object on which she could get a concussion. Nah, I love her dearly so couldn't do that

How 'bout, if I'm going to drive one of these things fast enough to get it upside, I'm going to leave her home to collect all the life insurance.
Now, that's true love my friend! :D
