Default Everret Morrison question about wheelbase?

I am looking at a 1995 Everret Morrison Cobra kit car to buy, the owner is very unknowledgable about the car, does anyone know what wheelbase that car would be?

Now that the OP's question has been answered, I'm going to take a short tangent.

Am I the only one curious about why the very first ever post and question about a Cobra replica is about it's wheelbase? There's nothing wrong about asking and the question is reasonable, but why is that the first question? Does it mean the OP already knows so much about these cars that the wheelbase is one of the few things he doesn't know? Does the OP know so little about these cars that he thinks there is some profound insight attached to the wheelbase? Does the OP have a garage that will only hold cars of limited lengths? Does the OP want to put some other kind of body on the car and needs one of a specific wheelbase? ..... The possibilities seem infinite and my curiosity is seriously piqued.

Maybe baffling why the question, but still better reading than about some damn bloke and his shed.

Firstly superlite, welcome.
Secondly, ask whatever questions you like. You will almost always get good and informative answers. There's a huge amount of information available on this forum.
Cheers,
Glen

My Lone Star has a 94" wheel base. Some Cobras have 95" some 96".

I thought it was a good question. I owned a E-M and we have three or four in our group but I did not want to answer with out measuring one.

Dwight,
I thought I made it plain that asking about the wheelbase was a reasonable question. I was just curious (not upset) about why that was the first question. ... As was mentioned, EM have come in more than one WB, so the best answer was the one about measuring the car in question. But regardless of the WB of the car in question, I found it curious that the first question wasn't one of the more typical ones:
  1. Is the car worth less if it doesn't have a 427 Ford engine?
  2. Is an IRS better than a straight axle car?
  3. Does EM make a good car?
  4. Where can I get parts for an EM?

Im not sure what year my EM is. Im going to assume early 90's but im not sure. Anyway mine is set up on 91" wb. Solid rear axle and mustang II front suspension. I did away with the leaf spring suspension and did my own z-link/coilover(hence the name) rear suspension.

I do have to agree with Tommy though...it is a reasonable question but an odd first question for sure. With that being said and my experience in drag racing and circle track racing the answer is something that is directly related to the ability to maintain a straight line of travel.

He probably has some racing experience and wants to know how hard its going to be to keep her out of the ditch...lol.

I measured my 93 EM and it is a 90" wb. EM increased the foot boxes for taller drivers and added it in the front of the cars. The new longer cars have room for a PB booster and a master cylinder between the firewall and the front wheel well. I found this out when they shipped me these parts and could not figure out why they would not fit. Had to get creative with the pedals and master cylinders.

Now how about some help with my drive line post.

So now I'm going to highjack the thread. I recently read CS had planned to increase the WB on the 427. But AC had ordered and cut the frame tubes for a 90" WB. What was the length Shelby wanted?
