Absolutely on the money. The JBL Comp chassis pulls close to those numbers with the Hoosier DOT R6 compound tires. Note: this is on 245/45/17 front and 315/35/17 rear at Willow during the week (green track).
During a race weekend these numbers will go up a bit to 1.3>5 steady state as the track becomes much stickier.
I have never seen any non-aero car do much better than these numbers on a flat track/corner.
And transient lateral G spikes are just for bragging. |
