If you are putting a static cling decal over another stripe decal you are never going to keep in down as it's not going to seal. If you like the vintage look of a meat ball then I would suggest you put the regular one on. They come off with a air dyer and not reusable but you probably would mess up your stripe also. If your stripes were painted you wouldn't be having the problem. I got my decals from Mike at Squier Design (1-800-865-5555) and you might call him and see if he has any recommendations..........
