So what will happen to the work staff who maintenance his cars and the buildings? We all need money but getting rid of your entire car collection at one auction is either shrewd business or a fire sale.

They had a special on Velocity Ch. about a month ago about Ron and was his only interview. In short the reason he is getting out is.... "been there, done that" is the way I took it... he also said he was very busy

That idea sounds like a blast. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to join you in such a big endeavor but if you do it, we should definitely get together. The Queen Mary is in my backyard (I'm just right up the hill). I can give you a run for your money on the same fwy exit and path to the ship. Then to my place for dinner and drinks

drill eight 3/8" holes in the floor under the carpet. Just find the low spots in the floor and drill holes.
