Might be an Antique & Collectible from Buffalo NY
The rear lights are rectangular where they supply two round lights.
Also the dash is different.
The serial number on the tag is wrong as well, but everthing else looks right .
What does the frame look like and is the rear end a solid axle 9"?

Not able to post pics of chassis yet. That's all the pictures I have for right now. Will do so as soon as I can get some.

Looks nice overall. Do the pedals come up from the floor, or suspended from above ?
fender vents and exh cut out corners are too square, could have been a builder error.
Can you remove a door hinge cover to see actual hinge ?
Is it really a 429 or 460, 'cause it's not an FE (427,428)
The fact that it doesn't have BFG's is a good sign!
Has correct shifter, but don't see hand brake.
If you can't get it on a lift for chassis/suspension pics, how about a floor jack ?
Where are you located?
Don't be in a hurry, find out for sure what it is BEFORE you buy, and find out about that vin. Present owner should have title with vin. You can't be too careful on paperwork with these cars !!
Good luck,
Ted

Hi Joe,
Except for that Vin tag, everything else in your pictures tells me that it is a Shell Valley car.

Yep, Shell Valley. They are the only one I have seen to use that design radiator support on the bottom.

Thanks guys for the info. Now the next question is that there is a small oil drip coming off of the bell housing which I would assume is the rear main seal of the motor. Is that replaceable without taking the motor out?

Before going after the rear main seal I suggest making sure you don't actually have a valve cover or intake manifold leak. They very commonly show up down at the bellhousing.

Thanks for the help. Going to get it up on lift and do some more investigating. This is my first one and am really excited about it.
