CSX 3126 research
I'm researching CSX 3126. Any photographs or information would be appreciated.

Sorry, wrong information. His second car is CSX 3026, not 3126, which was a street car.

Ned,
I believe he is building a HiTech Cobra replica and wants to use as much accurate and historical data he can get his hands on.

Gentlemen -
Thank you for your replies. Bill S is correct. I purchased a Hi Tech frame that was originally configured for a Big Block Chevrolet engine. I read some reference information in the SAAC World Registry about CSX3126 having been ordered sans engine by Bruce McLaren for the fitting of an L-88 engine. I am curious to see how McLaren engineered the mounting of that engine.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Bruce is long gone, and so is the Chevy engine that was once in the car, so little (if anything) remains to show what was done and how.

Do you know of any pictures, diagrams or measurements that exist documenting the engine / transmission mounts prior to CSX 3126 being restored with its intended Big Block Ford?
