I have been thinking about the Avons, but at nearly $2k for four I am struggling to see their worth. Are they really that good?

To expand on "yes" - I cannot think of any other place one could spend $2000 on their car and get a greater performance increase.

How many guys have we seen that have spent well over $2k on shiny stuff, then put on a set of BFG's? Start from the pavement and work up!

Guys spend THOUSANDS to add horsepower but balk at the cost of tires to actually be able to use it!
Avon CR6ZZ's are closer to $1600 for a set and yes, they are worth it.

Yup, the only way to go and probably the best investment you will make after the thousands of dollars on everything else!

Large Arbor - the very FIRST time you get on a cloverleaf on ramp and start pushing down on the go peddle a bit, you will know beyond a doubt that they were worth it.
Now stop waffling and get out your checkbook!
