Thanks Trevor.
I've only ever known 1103 as being white , blue stripes, no wires, and at Beaulieu.
Got to say, maroon eclipses white on 1103.

Don't know the 'P' number, but it's an early one. It's at Daytona and it's 1965.

I haven't run out of GT40 pics yet....
Here's an early shot of a MkI (early, as it has a Colotti gearbox).
Can anybody ID the transaxle on the bench behind?
....and here's one with part of its transaxle removed (must be a Colotti 'box too, but feel free to correct me):

As an architect, I'll guess that is not a collapsed roof but some sort of a display, perhaps a simulation of a portion of banking?
