I found a photo online of Lew Spencer and Eric Dahlquist in front of Carroll Shelby’s & Lew Spencer - High Performance Motors with Dragonsnake CSX2356 (dated October 1964) and could not help noticing the siding on the buildings looked the same. And if you look in the windows I see a similar garage door configuration at the back of the building too. Perhaps someone can post it here. Is on the “just a car guy” website.
