I need a favor
I want to do a display of Ford deal tags on my shop wall. I have a few but need several more.
Could you go to your local Ford dealer and get me a few of their tags that they put on the front of the cars they sell?
I have picked up a few from dealers. I have a extras that I could trade with you.

Wow, that is a cool collection. Sort of like the Ham Radio "Worked All States" - get one from every dealer in the US (Canada?) and you win the prize. [The prize is ambiguous, you just win it.]
They also have "Worked All Countries". That would be harder. Australia alone would rival the US.
I think you're going to need a bigger wall

Last June on Saturday when we left the London Cobra Show I stopped by the London Buckeye Ford dealer and ask for a couple of tags. They gave me seven!
The dealer in Huntsville Ala gave me 21.
I have two buddies that are decorating their shop walls with dealer tags so we share or trade with each other.
I bought a old local Ford dealer tag Saturday at a Mustang show for $2.
I have a small collection of car tags from '62 to '69 for the county I live in.

in Alabama we can use old tags instead of state supplied vintage tags
