Owners of what?

SAI doesn't license HiTech to make a Cobra. They use HiTech as a supplier, where they take the roller and 'bless' it themselves. Safir could do the same but they don't. If SAI wanted less to do with Cobras, they could do what Safir does. Not the same. Phallacy of analogy. Not a wonderful phrase. Well, maybe in these parts... |

I understood the first time. but thank you for re-explaining it. A Shelby Cobra can be legally called a Shelby Cobra, but we all know it's a replica. Says so in the Registry. ;) Kirkham completely builds the 50th Anniversary Shelby Cobra for SAI, so what's really the's f'ing difference in reality. Safir licenses, someone else builds, it's still a GT40 replica. Kirkham builds a Shelby Cobra, and other than some paperwork, it's still a replica. |
Who says they're not replicas?
Even Evan says they're replicas! |
Joe,
So if an owner of a CSX4/6 is here on cc, it's because they don't "know exactly what they are"...and they have to "explain it" to the community? Oh, boy. Rodknock, You have been sensitive lately, my friend. Ever since I painted the KMP. That was a disparaging joke on the community at large, which I am a part of. Jeez. |

Hook, line and sinker
It was a rhetorical question.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, quacks like a suck ... |
This has devolved into some uninteresting, confusing sh#t.

For those saying it's been a waste of time, why you here? ;) |
:)
Actually I am here as I have been following this thread for the entertainment value. :JEKYLHYDE Ron  |
As I always suspected. The detractors are lost and confused. Admission now documented.
 It is very simple to understand for most (except the nasty detractors present here in this "dumpster" who will never get it or refuse to acknowledge publicly they "get it"). The World Registry deals with the subject very logically and fairly based on the facts then and now and the law. Anyway, I now return you those lost to their regularly scheduled programing. For those that do understand that the current production Coras by SAI, while duplicating the original in shape and design are also in fact genuine Cobras of the current production class don't waste your breath. Most of the detractors here have their own agenda motivating fact twisting, mis citing statements of decisions as standing for something it does not and quoting out of context, launching personal attacks and name calling as if that advances their cause. Yet comically many of these same detractors at the same time ride around in cars that are clearly not Shelby Cobras but adorn plates such as"66COBRA" but attack me as being misleading with my plate that is in fact attched to a genuine Shelby Cobra. That tells you all you need to know. ;) Now to confirm my point sit back and the envy bees attack. I'll pop back in a day or two for a laugh. |
He still doesn't get it, does he?
