Ned, I am truly sorry if you thought in any way I or this thread was trying to push you out. Nothing could be further from the truth...because you have demonstrated, not talked about, being the keeper of the Grail. Currently at my work we are talking about the plan when the founder/owner, now in his 60's, steps down. Makes a fella think is all I am saying. I don't think anyone is saying you don't have a place here for...well, forever. But it is very short sighted to think that you will live forever and continue to be the go to guy. The Hobby needs to be thinking about the next Ned. From the posts I can tell a lot of the guys know you...I don't. So I am the jerk that is being practical about this...it is a hard subject, made harder by the guys that know you. Because none of us want to admit we are getting up in years. I never want you to step down, because I am confident your research is for all the right reasons. But I also want you to hand select the next "Ned". And that, to my mind, will require some time. Which is why we should be looking now...not to turn you out, but to insure the next person is the right person.
