It sounds like they're using a Mustang II type front suspension, so no towers to get in the way of the Coyote.

Back in about 81 or so Shelby himself was missing a GT 350 convertible so he hatched a scheme to make a few more using existing but non-rusted Mustangs as the base. That seems like the right way to go if one was going to go into the replica/kit/tribute/restomod/pick your name business. To me anyway.

It's a Shelby! I'm surprised the car isn't more $$$

Years ago, my neighbor got scammed by Unique Motors "Eleanor" Mustangs. I believed he paid "extra" to move up the waiting list from 3 years to 18 months delivery... never got car. not sure he got any $$ back.

I doubt that is uses a Mustang II suspension - I wrote "Mustang II TYPE suspension" (e.g. unequal length control arms). These are very good systems and have ultimately ended up being reproduced (and improved) with tubular arms by many companies such as Heidt's, TCI, Fatman, just to name a few.

Perhaps you're an automotive engineer or race car fabricator - I don't know your level of expertise. All I know is there have probably been more Mustang II type front ends installed than any other front suspension. It's a solid suspension design with a lot of benefits.
