Pics would be nice. Assuming it's an alloy car?
If already registered, then you only have a copy of MSO, right?

This is a fiberglass body car - I know of two alloy body cars for sale that are 300k each

Only have color copy of original MSO

Ya, but...beneath all that fiberglass, you get "a high performance period correct Hi-Po cast iron block Ford 289 with Shelby 2x4 bbls putting out approximately 350hp, with a 4 -speed transmission..."

This is beyond rediculous. Next they'll be selling original CSX numbered toilet seats.

Asking $189K and getting 189K are two different things.
$300K for an alloy is just as ridiculous.

I am completely priced out of the market at those prices...

A new fiberglass roller CSX 8000 slabside from Shelby with normal options (bumpers, leather, weather gear, heater, vents, exhaust, etc.) is over $100,000. Add to that the cost of an engine, trans and installation, and an asking price of $189,000 for a limited edition is not unreasonable.
Let the market decide.

Come on Pete, it's a 289/4-speed.

I'm a firm believer in capitalism and the laws of supply and demand, so everyone can ask whatever they want for their goods and services. As 1985 CCX states, the market will determine the price.

The only piece here that I don't get is the OP not posting pics for all to see. What's up with that? We have to email for pics? Maybe there's a private handshake too?

I guess only the serious buyer deserve pics. The rest of us plebs can piss off.
