That is the way I normally would do it also, but with these as narrow as they are I was wondering if they would tip if someone happened to hit or push on the side of the car near the center. I have a set of Kwik Lift Ramps that I have used for years and I like them, but this would give me a lot more room in my cramped garage it they are really stable.
