These are the simplest cars on the planet. Even a one armed monkey could take care of these cars.

Well....they are pretty basic. But Patrick, even you have to admit they have their "special issues". Not like working on my old Galaxy! And remember, each and every one is different!

I personally believe that no one takes the care, the time, and provides the deliberate loving hand to these cars more than the owner.

Yes, agree. I took mine to a shop to do some things I can't and it was quite excruciating! I was there in the way every day. Also got a nice bill for it!

Agreed. The previous owner of my car had a 'trusted mechanic' do most of the work on the car, and it was obvious they didn't care or take the time to do it right. There were many things I've had to deal with, but I feel much better about the car now, especially when it comes to the safety issues.
