Found the previous owner of my CCX here, really cool

So I found the previous owner of my vehicle on this forum. I sent him an email through here, as he has not been active since 2013, and this morning he called me.

This was really cool. He gave me the complete rundown of my cobra. From rebuilt transmission and engine (5 yrs ago), to new distributor, PPG paint color, previous problem areal, and other invaluable information i would have never received from the dealer i purchased it from. After this call from him, I am even more excited to be the new owner.

He says he comes through my town from time to time, so of course I invited him to stop over and see his old baby anytime he wants.

Nice, I did the same thing about 2 years ago when I bought my Superformance.
Original owner lives in Juno Alaska where there's only 32 miles of paved streets.
I also found out a lot of information from him and he even shipped me the original car cover that he found in his attic after selling it.

Pretty crazy what you can find when you look huh? Did you get any info on the car that you didn't know when you bought it?

Not really, It was nice to talk to the original owner tho.
