Default 65 289 Dual Quad Intake

Having recently acquired a JCF Slabside kit in it's near original form on chassis with suspension and various parts I've started hitting up all my Shelby and Boss acquaintances relative to the project. One just happened to mention being in possession of an original Shelby 289 Dual Quad Intake. Having planned to stick with some version of a 289 in Slabside tradition, I of course started salivating but with concern about how much green I'm going to be separated from in an effort to give the car just a bit of the real thing. So....here I am, at the very front end of what will be a long project with the first of many inquiries. Any suggestions on what this piece should command? Thanks if advance for keeping me from going overboard, I want it.

Does it have carbs, throttle linkage, air cleaners? Any cracks or stripped holes?

So far my understanding is it's just the intake, and not having seen it not sure of condition. I hope to see it soon and will have more details.

If you're wanting to replicate the original 8V induction that was optional on the Cobra, the intake is one of the cheap parts. They're not uncommon as Ford also sold them through their parts catalogs. Hardest parts to find are S&H air cleaners, choke and proper linkage.
Carter AFB with correct numbers/date code are fairly rare as well but do come up for sale from time to time.
I'm in process of putting an accurate assembly together right now and have over $3000 invested.

I should have added, an intake is worth about $450 up to $600 for a perfect original.

Exactly the information I needed, greatly appreciated. My Boss 302 is about done so this being my next project I'm sure to be back, love these forums. Thanks again.
