Headlight Bulb Upgrade
I have the Lucas PL700 Tripod head lights. I recently upgraded the bulb inside to the PIAA Xtreme White Plus. The bulbs use the same current draw as the standard bulb, so no wiring upgrade is needed -- but they are significantly brighter and have a very attractive white light color to them. This was a very nice nighttime upgrade and I thought I'd pass it along. Two bulbs are about $50. The bulb you see in the pic of the box is the old bulb. The new bulbs have a blue tip, but the light is still white.
