Default Need Help finding Bellows to fit this rack & pinion

I've got a Shell Valley Coupe, that's supposed to have a Mustang 2, manual rack & pinion. Several orders have been wrong. The casting# 4047S , on the rack hasn't helped me yet. Size wize I need 2.25 dia. at one end & .5 inch at the other, and 6.5 long.. Thanks!!

Are you sure it's Mustang II? I just checked RockAuto and the bellows they have for a manual rack (More Information for MOOG K9882) is as follows:
Large End ID - Inches 1.83
Length - Inches 7.09
Small End ID - Inches 0.42

Big end ID seems about 3/8" too small, and the small end about 1/16" too small.

Could it be a Flaming River rack? If so, they list boots / bellows (Part No. FR1502B, sold in pairs) at http://www.flamingriver.com/download...anualRackSpecs

List: Rack & Pinion Bellow Kit - 1975 Ford Mustang II | O'Reilly Auto Parts

4047S is the designation for the standard manual rack for a Mustang II. I suspect that you have been buying the bellows for a power steering rack.
