In my opinion, we don't go around ragging on other manufacturers or drivers of other manufacturers, we just are proud our cars are built by folks who truly represent what CS brought to the public and to the track. Others have replicated this too, and so be it. Just be proud that these cars turn heads and turn wheels in the old fashioned way...power and drivability up the yingyang. As was stated above, Lance had no say in the final write and I am sure the writer is NOT an expert...maybe an enthusiast, but obviously not an expert. If you pull up next to me at a stop light in a Kirkham or a FF or any other Cobra, you will see a smile because we all speak the same language...better not miss a shift tho...if you know what I mean.

You must be the exception to the rule about Superformance owners NOT RAGGING on other manufacters/drivers of other manufacters, because so far, every encounter I have had with Superformance owners was EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and I've had more than a few encounters with them in the last 25 years!!!!!!!
I been to races/open track events/local car shows/regional car shows/national car shows and gatherings and so far every Superformance owner went out of his way to diss any other make of Cobra Replica there......had a few come up to me and tell all the faults of the other manufacters and how great the Superformance is...........and best of all, I don't even own a Cobra replica, I have a 1965 GT 350 clone/replica/tribute/look-a-like POS or whatever you want to call my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From my meetings with Superformance owners I would never own any of their products if owning one makes a person act the way I see them act.......
And I LIKE the Superformance line of cars!!!!!!!! just don't like the owners...
It would take no less that 5 pages here to tell you of the encounters I had with them!!!!!!!!!! and none were good!!!!!!!
End of my rant......

Well that's an interesting point. Does the owner choose the car or does the car choose the owner? That deserves exploration.

Well, in your case, YOU chose the car.
If your CAR had a choice in picking its owner, the car would have not picked you. The CAR would definitely not have wanted to be painted beige.

Ahhh, there's where you're wrong. She loves her color. Have I ever told you that she actually talks to me? Yep, clear as a bell, too.

That's the little rat-dog talking to you, not the car!
Sorry, couldn't resist. We have one too.
