My wife drove my ERA once, she liked it. She will not be driving the FIA, unless it is around the paddock as she does not have a race license.

According to Title IX, will you be setting up a "Husbands Driving Cobras"?

She is scared of it but i gave her my vette and she and her hot friends drive around with the top off and love when they get Cat Calls. I think she would crash the cobra by the end of our street, not joking.

No, way. My wife has never met a car she couldn't dent.
Last year I bought her a newer car, and she ran the front end up onto a curb 20 minutes after leaving the dealership. And I really do mean 20 minutes. She has never driven a car for more than a month without putting some kind of body damage on it.
She backed in to a dumpster with my '70 Torino Cobra. "I didn't see it."

Can't even get my wife to sit in the passenger seat, she thinks my Cobra is some evil sounding beast.

I'm with you. My wife doesn't hate my Cobra, however she hasn't taken any interest in it and didn't even congratulate me and/or compliment the car when I finished building it. That did (and still does) hurt a lot. She hasn't ridden in it and I am not sure she ever will. She believes that it was a big waste of money and that I "..didn't need to build it". If not at 46, when?
As I own a bodyshop and use the Cobra to promote my business (and I have gotten jobs because people have seen the quality of my work), this is still not good enough for her. I believe she will not be happy until I can report to her that I have brought in as much work from the Cobra as what it cost to build.
I love my wife and she has given me 3 beautiful children, but when it comes to cars, she and I are oil and water. My 9 year old son loves the Cobra and rides in it with me every chance he gets, so that helps balance things out somewhat.
On the bright side, I do not have to ever worry about her crashing it. She can't drive a stick either!

Nope - and never will drive any of my cars - she doesn't have a driving license and refuses to get one - which is a good thing as she would swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid killing a bird or any other creature.

Like so many people now-a-days she can't drive a stick shift and my attempts to teach her back in the late 70s were a mixture of comedy and calamity. She swore off ever trying again. Heck - she will rarely ride it in.

My wife has driven every muscle car we have owned except for the Cobra it makes her too nervous. She enjoys riding in it as long as I don't get to frisky.

You know, getting "FRISKY" wail driving is Distracted Driving.
I do know what you mean.

Yes, she drives the cobra and yes, she has a blast.
She also wrenches on it and helps maintain it.

Frisky? Are we still talking about driving, or have we digressed?

My wife doesn't even like to ride in it, much less drive it. She says it's too brutal and it hurt's her neck when accelerating.
