Help needed on the West Coast

Need some help from any car lovers in the Seattle area. I am interested in a car for sale out there but unfortunately I am unable to travel that way anytime soon. Looking for anyone who would be willing to be my eyes and ears and even my butt (if they allow a test drive). Any help is most appreciated. Feel free to contact me for details.

Byron, I too can help if need be. I'm over on the other side of the Sound (Port Orchard) but can get over there. Tom 360 801 4510, we have a shop that just work's on vintage, hot-rods, classic, etc. here. Joe can do a PPI if need be. Hope that help's.

Thought I would expand this post a little bit. First off thanks to those who have replied with offers to help. I would appreciate any input from you all about the following car. The serial number on the plate is ERA 2126. I will enclose a few pics for clarification. Thanks in advance for the help.
